The Indian Creek/Carrollton Homeowner’s Association, Inc. is a Texas non-profit corporation, filed in the office of the Secretary of State, March 15, 1995.  The association was established for the maintenance of the common areas and to provide architectural control and compliance with the covenants, conditions, and restrictions of the Declaration.

Indian Creek, a Unity Hunt Group development, is a master planned residential community located in Carrollton, Texas between I-35 and Old Denton Road off of Hebron Parkway.  

The development includes the housing sections: River Glen, Oakwood Springs, Coyote Ridge, Grandview Ridge, Elmwood Trail, Cedar Elm, and Indian Pointe.

Homeowner’s Association membership is automatic upon the purchase of a lot or home within the development.

The neighborhood features a community swimming pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, playground, and a small lake.  Upon completion, the community will have over 1,359 homes built by Drees, Grand, David Weekley, Legacy and US Homes.
